Satisfaction surveys are mailed out to the patient upon completion of the hearing aid trial period. The patient's comments and feedback are important to us.
A scale based on a 1 to 10 rating (10 being the highest) is presented to the patient. We ask the patient if they wear their hearing aids every day, if the aids have improved their quality of life, or are they having any problems with the aids.
We also ask them if they were happy with the care received from their audiologist as well as the staff.
We want to know what they like most about their hearing aids and us. In addition, we want to know if they would recommend a family member or friend to our office and how can we improve.
